How do I get started?

Download Photomenal from the App Store, select a platform preset (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, Etsy), upload a product photo, and let our AI handle the rest. Your first photo is free — no account required.

What platforms are supported?

Photomenal supports Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok Shop, and Shopee — with the exact image specs for each platform built in.

How does the subscription work?

Your first photo conversion is free. After that, a subscription is required for continued use. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Photomenal → Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have any issues we can help resolve first, please email us at support@photomenal.app.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account deletion by emailing support@photomenal.app. We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

My photo didn't process correctly — what do I do?

Make sure your photo has a clearly visible product against a reasonably distinct background. If issues persist, email us at support@photomenal.app and attach the original photo — we'll look into it right away.
