5. AI Image Processing

AI Accuracy Disclaimer: AI-generated images are produced by third-party machine learning models. Results may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended modifications to your product's appearance. Photomenal does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing all results before use.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure providers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate our service:
- AI processing providers: For generating product images
- Cloud storage providers: For securely storing your images
- Database providers: For account and job metadata
- Payment and subscription management: Apple App Store for payment processing and RevenueCat for subscription management
All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and process it only as instructed by us.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, and only as necessary to deliver our service. We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
Account Holders: We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@photomenal.app or through the app settings. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being fully purged.
Non-Account Holders: If you have used our app without creating an account, we may have collected limited device and usage data. You may request deletion of this data by contacting us at support@photomenal.app with your device information.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's collection and use of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive limited subscription status information through RevenueCat to manage your service entitlements.
